Gratitude and Thanksgiving 2021
When I got Echo 7+ years ago, I had no idea of the impact he would make on so many people around the world, starting with me. Equine Assisted Coaching changed my life in a deep, permanant, beautiful way that other leadership development experiences could not begin to touch. And it was surprisingly efficient! Horses don't waste time.
Together, Echo and I - and now Amigo- and friends, help leaders and teams to be better. This work is incredible and rewarding-- I witness miracles every day.
The question I get most often is how did I get the courage to follow my passion and my dream? I am blessed to have a wonderful husband and support system to embrace and encourage me every step of the way.
Bringing horse wisdom to leadership is transformational, unforgettable, high-impact work. Together Echo, Ace and I will continue to bring the best experiential learning to leaders and teams with the courage to come to the barn, and I will continue to share the remarkable stories and inspiring lessons in my keynote speaking and leadership consulting.
