Horses see emotion simply as information and respond immediately. When we are emotional horses show us if the emotion is productive for us or not. Joy, enthusiasm, and resolve help us engage others and lead with passion and resiliency. Drama, anger, or negativity can get in the way.
I love the real-time feedback my horses give me about my effectiveness, and the emotional agility and productivity I build as a result.
